Fort George Releases New 3-Way IPA Collab
This past weekend, Astoria's famed Fort George Brewery, released its annual concoction, the 3-Way IPA. We had the opportunity to try a test batch over Mother's Day Weekend. If the nectar in that test batch is anything like the one in the official release, then we all have something to be excited about. As usual, the beer is made as a collaboration between FG and two other breweries. This year, the brewery partnered with Anchorage Brewing and Cellarmaker. The brew promises to be "delightfully hazy with bright white foam", aroma of guava, berry, cotton candy, and citrus zest, with a mild sweetness, slightly bitter, tropical and fruity.
Get your hands on this beer while it's in town for the summer.
